What is the tax year in Korea? From when to when?

I am trying to maximize my return and am not sure to include all of my expenses (ie. masters of linguistics tuition recieipts) or to wait until the following tax year.

I want to take advantage of that 15% after you spend 15% of you (gross?) income rule that they have here in Korea.

Any insight on how best to take advantage of this rule would be appreciated.
