What do you mean the Post Office is being difficult with you? If you have money, they'll sell you the stamps. Go to www.usps.com and click on Buy Stamps & Shop>>. You need to register for a free account to use that service. Not so difficult.
Now, if you're talking about the Korean Post Office, they're probably wondering why you're asking them to sell US stamps. |
