We have a beautiful 2-year-old 32+ pyeong ocean-view apartment for sale, complete with entry and balcony expansions and many special features - hardwood floor, built-in wardrobe, recesses sliding doors, etc. The apartment is located in Sokcho, located in one of the most beautiful places in Korea, in Gangwon province on the east coast less than 3 hours from Seoul (will be even less once the new highways are complete). Our apartment has a partial ocean view, and is minutes from several well-known beaches, resorts, and of course, the breathtaking Seorak Mountain national park. It's a great place to start / raise a family, and elementary and middle schools are within 5 minutes walk.

Along with the apartment, we would like to include our very successful home-based English teaching business which we have built over the past 4+ years (one of, if not the first of it's kind in Korea). We have a proven method, stable student base, and a large waiting list of potential students, providing an excellent income. It could also be easily grown into a full-scale hagwon.

We've done well, and although our financial advisor tells us not to stop what we're doing, it's time to move on and tackle other life goals.

I'd rather not post prices and details here, but it's reasonable for the area (and darn cheap compared to Seoul). The market here is good enough that we don't expect to have any difficulty selling the apartment. We're willing to consider selling the business separately, but our apartment has furnishings and improvements especially suited to the business.
