I've been exhausted lately after work... not in a bad way mind you, just in a real tired way. The kind you get after you actually worked a bit and commuted a lot. Anyway, I've found myself sitting on the floor of my shower with the spray directly on me trying to unwind at the end of my day. And, it kinda works but I'd like to soak without having to go to a jimjilbang. The muscles in my back are in knots by the end of the week as it is.

I was thinking that I might get one of those big plastic... uh... buckets I see around here. I think they're used for kimchee... not sure how I'd fit it in my stall though. Do they make rectangular ones?

I'm not a big person so it would probably be similar to a Japanese furo... at least that's what I'm hoping to achieve.

They come in different sizes (and I haven't seen a rectangular one).
Measure your space and go get one that will fit.

It is NOT a one-size-fits-all adventure.

Another option might be one of those inflatable kids' paddling pools.

They usually seel them at the higher end department stores or in their bath/assessories section if they have one for the home.

I've also seen some pretty high quality "hip baths" that you can set up anywhere. Pretty expensive though.

You can get small portable tubs at most bath shops in your local market area...not too pricey I would imagine...we paid 150,000 for a full sized....

Ah -ha! Finally a topic worthy of reply! I've been dreaming of finding a bath I could fit in my shower stall as well. I am sure there is a Safari style bath on the market somewhere. One made of heavy duty treated material like canvas, that is collapsible/portable. Haven't found it yet, but I am still looking....

While you're at it get a blow up mattress. Invite a girl over and have a soapy slidy Thai massage.

If whatever you come up with doesn't have a drain then you
can use a siphon to drain it.

I remember an episode of MASH had a folding bathtub.
I wonder if there are any left around from the Korean War.

Here is a modern version:
