Hey;

I am in Seoul. Have a 125cc Hyosung that runs great, looks nice and doesn't have papers. Trying to get new papers but not sure if I can. It isn't stolen. The person I bought it from didn't register it after he bought it and lost his documents. He's in Australia now. 500,000 or 600,000 won (no helmet).

Also have an RX125cc Hyosung Enduro that does have papers. It's legit. 2 brand new matching red helmets. Right front footpeg is bent and needs a torch to heat it and a pipe to bend it back into place but it works fine anyways. Great condition. 1,000,000won firm.

Both bikes have all working parts; signals, horns, lights, choke, brakes, etc...

Made the decision to sell last Friday while riding through Seocho-gu on the RX. Was cut of and damn near hospitalised 10 or 15 times within 10 minutes on huge city streets. Buses, taxis...don't give a shit here in the city. If you are interested I hope the traffic isn't as congested there as it is here. The RX would be fantastic off-road.

what is your budget for used car?

Hey guys,

Thanks for posting. My budget for a used car (which is probably my preference) is obviously low- I'll be here until at least November and love to take drives around foreign places. Definitely looking to spend less than one million won... the cheaper/crappier the car, the better, as long as I can find an Ipod adapter for it.

As for bikes... I remain interested, but there seems to be a lot of stuff in the way. Specifically, I've heard you can't drive on the interstate here, which kind of kills the point. Anyone know how strictly this silly law is enforced? Also, I've never ridden a motorcycle (I grew up driving stick and drove a semi-manual motorbike in Thailand for several months), so I'm not sure how easy it is to pick up. But I do love the image of it, ha ha. I guess I'm in the market for a beginner's bike, cool and manly looking (whatever, just being honest) and not too expensive, though eventually I'd like to go fast eventually.

I have a 95 Kia abella delta. It has about 180000 km on it and its a manual.
I will be looking for 700000 won for it, but I won't be able to sell it to you until June 20th.

Its really good on gas and mechanically sound, but it has the usual dents of a 13 year old korean car. Specially with the silly little parking spaces they have for cars.

Anyway, if you can wait till then or if you don't find anything till then, let me know and you can have the car. We can make the offical exchange of ownership in Anseong, the office is 5 minutes from my house.

I will be interested in the car. We just arrived in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do. There is no subway here and the only decent shops are in Bucheon etc.
