I'd like to run the Gyeongju International Marathon in October, it'll be my first marathon and I was hoping to find some running mates.
Does anyone know of a running club in Changwon, or know of a group run that happens frequently?
Thanks. |

I've seen Korean next door to me run but I don't see it very often. I run only 4 kilometers a day and thats to the gym and home... I am no marithoner mainly because I don't need or want to be. I love hiking, I usually do it every weekend. I love speed hiking I usually run a bit on the weekends but I keep it under 6k.
If you need to stay active I suggest a gym, I do kickboxing and it keeps my cardio nice and high as well as aerobic abilities.. |

Are there good gyms in Changwon? I'm moving there in July and have promised myself I'd start working out... |

I'll be doing more there shortly but I set up a community so runners in Korea could gather and find info. / each other for training etc.....
I haven't been there for awhile but should be still active....
