Hi,

I have two afterschool programs that I have to teach this semester. I have to teach each one two times a week. Can anyone recommend some textbooks that i can find in KYOBO for

a) middle school students who are at a very low level. (understand 30% of what i say)

b) middle school students at low - intermediate level (understand 60% of what say).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Look for the "Get Real!" series by MacMillan publishers. Make sure you purchase the teachers CD. You'd probably use Starter.

Also, look into the Oxford Picture Dictionary. I know, it's just a dictionary, but it's good to build lessons from.

I have found out my school has copies of a textbook called "new headway". Does anyone have any experience using this textbook?

Is it good material to use for an afterschool class?
