Is AIG the only health insurance company that caters to foreigners? I am Canadian and am looking for a health plan that will cover me and my Korean fiance if we need to go to Canada for treatment (ie. cancer or something serious).

Are there other Canadians out there in a similar position to me? The important thing is I want insurance that will extend to treatment to Canada. It takes 183 days before OHIP (Ontario's provincial health care)
kicks in. I want insurance that will cover this gap.
