I love to climb mountains with good friends.
Why don�t you join us? If you like to climb a mountain, take photos and meet people.
Join us and take fresh air on the top of mountains.

Location : Mt. Gwanak
Seoul National University station #line.2
Gathering in front of �Mc Donald�s� gate #3
DATE : The last Sunday of every month
FEE : NONE
PREPARATION : SNACK
*After climbing the mountain, we will have a meal therefore please bring about 5,000~10,000 KRW cash.

SCHEDULE : 9:30 gathering in front of �Mc Donald�s�
10:00 climbing
1:00 break time to have some snack on the top of a mountain
2:00 climbing down
Very Happy 4:00 break up or have a meal with climbing friends.

Mt. Gwanak, a noted mountain which the name of the district came from, has been known as a volcano located at the south of Seoul from ancient times.

It is not exaggeration to say that most of cultural inheritance of Gwanak-gu came from Mt. Gwanak, which maintains the long geographical features from east to west.

General Information
It was designated as the natural city park on January 15, 1968.
With the total area of 19,226,942㎡, Mt. Gwanak is situated over 4 districts in terms of the administrative zones, namely 11,412,035㎡ (59.4%) in Gwanak-gu, 2,120,595㎡ (11%) in Geumcheon-gu, 5,694,312㎡ (29.6%) in Gwacheon City and Anyang City of Gyeonggi-do.
