I'm looking for someone to rent out a 2 bedroom apartment that's 3 blocks from Yeoksam station.
It's on the 5th floor, only one neighbor thats across the hall, actual shower (not a bathroom/shower...an ACTUAL shower with glass doors), a washing machine in the building, parking spot in a garage, balcony, rooftop acccess, extra room for storage with 2 closets, nice looking, spacious, etc.
It's in the center of Kangnam...great location, everything is around you. Landlord is also really nice
The rent is 900,000 won/month and key money is 10 million.
You can move in the next couple of weeks.
