Hi, is anybody able to point me to a both that will chip my wii? I searched around last weekend but nobody could help me and most the stall holders looked at me like I was a dirty pirate. Which may be fair, but it still isn't fun. Any help appreciated

I went a couple weeks ago.. and got my N.A wii chipped. I went to the games ally (right beside the huge cell phone place). It took 30min and the guy chatted while I waited.

Game King
Manager 김동섭

Tel 02-3273-1490 Cel 010-2211-9988

He speaks passable English and seems friendly enough (got my wii chipped and a DS from him)

He is 3/4 down the games ally on the right.

Thanks for your response SK. Sorry, but which one is Games Ally? I know the basement games place, and the 7th floor games in iMall, but I can't think of anything that would fit the description of a game ally.

It is the basement games place. He is a "bigger" good natured guy.. in his 20's. I have called him a couple times asking him questions, and he always helps out the best he can. Like, I said, I called him.. asked him if I brought the wii in if he could modd it.. he said no problem.. 30min.. I went in.. and 20 min late I was on my way out.

@ chuckster

It has the wiikey in it.. it is the newest version. My parents bought it for me in Canada in March and shipped it to me. I am pretty sure though that they can modd any d2c chipsets in Korea now... if you are looking to get one done I would give him a call and ask.. I am sure it wont be a problem. Those ones are apparently cheaper too.

Are you able to play Smash Bros Brawl on your chipped Wii? I've heard there's problems with that game and Mario Kart.
