I don't want this to turn in to an anti-Korean thread about how the Korean Wave is such a stupid concept or anything, but I came across a fairly funny video:

Do you think the Korean government requested bids for a concept like this, or did the agency just come up with it? It looks like they put a fair amount of work into the proposal. |
