Need a suggestion for a rugged and small mp3 player. The capacity is not that important I am happy with crappy 256mb. I run a lot and also spend a lot of time doing physical activities the mp3 players tend to get bounced/knocked/sweated upon and sometimes droped. I have so far went through three mp3 players. My old reliable finnaly died, well kinda it only recognizes half the capacity now. (5 years old) I don't need any thing fancy, as long as it can follow a play list or have sequential play (no shuffle) I will be happy. Good play battery time would also be nice but not that important I would be happy if it were powered by a AAA bat but I a not sure if they make them any more.

Go on ebay and look for a rio sport series. They are super tough...I have a s-30 that is over 4 years old. They take an SD card to boost the memory up to 512. They also take a AAA battery, which lasts a while. Nice display, easy to use.

I used to workout using a Cowon iAudio G2. 1 AA battery lasted like 40+ hours of playback, no joke.

I looked and reviews but no rugged mp3 players really exist in Korea so I ended up going through all the options it came down too Sandisk (which imho are great especially since they got mc SD slots on them plus good sound, my mom has one back home)

I tend to be rough this one looks almost tough enough. I will see if I need anything better.
