For the past few weeks C&M Cable has been running sporadic messages on AFN stating in Korean and English that they have been unlawfully airing the station. Obviously the English was written by AFN or someone representing it -- and it seems like a very candid, apologetic statement.
What's ironic, however, is that the message has been running for 2 weeks -- maybe more -- and yet AFN is still available. |

| its been running since late Jan. i think they have to take it off the air by june from what i recall |

If C&M is breaking da law, why not have it pulled immediately? |
