Go to www.danawa.com and search for the Gyration Air Mouse. Nintendo actually licensed the technology from this mouse for the Wii controllers. Basically you hold the mouse like a pointer. It also recognizes preprogrammed gestures. For example, holding a button and swiping to the left can open a specific program. It's a bit expensive, but it works great. It can also be used as a regular infrared desktop mouse if you don't want to use the gyroscope features.
