Does allowing other E2 visa workers from other countries pose a risk to native ESL teachers here in Korea?

theres been some talk about this issue and I'm curious as to what you all think. I think that some hagwons would hire some philipinos or indians, but that they dont pose a huge risk to extermnating our work.
