[Fishead soup]

I've noticed this happens whenever a superior pops into the room. A few people wil quickly stand up and then sit down. I don't do it. Not because I don't think I should but because. I'm usually not paying attention and if I were to do it. I'd end up doing it late and look even more silly than the Koreans.

To be honest I think westerners look really rediculous when they attempt to adapt to Korean customs. The looking away from the elder when downing a soju glass looks like something from The Three Stooges. I travelled to Thailand with a friend who insisting on waiing every single Thai person he encountered. The only person I ever waiied was the girl at the soapy massage parlour.
