Will you keep these cats for the whole year you are here?
Are you going to bring them home with you after the year is up?
If you plan on keeping the pet beyond your time here, then I wish you good luck, but think about it before getting a pet here.
Most people get pets here because they are used to having them back home, but when their contract is up, they just throw them out or pass them on.
I hope you would choose to keep them.
Really, good luck though. There are alot of pets who need good homes now.

I will keep the cat. If I can't take it home, I will find it a new home. I would never put a cat out on the street!

Every few days someone is posting about a free cat. Most posts go unanswered, so check back in 24 hours.

Where is Yangsan? If it's near Seoul, I can give you the name of someone who has lots of cats that need adopting.

Also, check this page:

Good luck!

I put an add up on facebook and found my kitty that way. Her owner adopted her and discovered she's allergic to cats. I got her a month later.

If you do an animal rescue there is an adoption fee (~70) for the shelter to save other animals and for the sterilization. If you luck out on here or facebook and someone is getting rid of their cat you probably won't have to pay anything. You could also try taming a street kitten. Good luck with that one though.

FYI, to give a cat to a shelter it's a 100k fee. It makes sense to me.

But putting it on the streets is free. Not supporting that decision, but just sayin'.....

I have a cat that I rescued from a shelter. I am leaving soon and need to find her a home. She is 9 months old and has had all of her shots and is fixed. Her name is Juice and she is such a sweet cat...loves attention! I will also give you her litter box, scratch post, food and toys. If you are interested, email me at [email protected].

Yes, it seems so. I will have to travel to get it. Was really hoping I could find one close-by to Yangsan, so if you know of one near here, please let me know!

just bought a female kitten here in incheon. her brother is for sale too. PM if you want the location. I will meet you and take you to the shop. 12 weeks old.

the male is cheaper than the female.

I paid 40K for the kitten, a big bag of food, litter, and a collar and leash (not that I'll be using the collar and leash).

let me know.... u are an hour subway ride from me
