I've been receiving a lot of job offers through email and they all look good...except when I check to see what they're about, no website.
Future's Best claimed the website was "undergoing construction" and that they're reliabe and have been around for 8 yrs.
And then there are a lot other institutes I can't find online.
Is this a bad sign? Should I make my judgment on whether they have a site or not??? I'm kind of worried because I'm over in the States, and I can't exactly go to their office and scope the place out to see if its all legit.

not really. korean search engines are next to useless for finding any good info, and google is generally for sites available in english, making finding korean sites of individual hagwons on google very difficult indeed, particularly if not many people have bothered checking on google for that hagwon, which they probably havent.
hell just look at the problems with the search engine on this site! |

There is an inverse relationship between a hot website and loads of prep.
Or is it correlation?? The better the website, the more the chances are that an inenviable chore of prep awaits you.
While you write out the prep, of course you will be expected to entertain those students who have arrived early and who can't help but gravitate to the staffroom. |
