Alright.. my babies finally blew up on me.. I've had these for a while (I like to run things into the ground), but alas, my Roots boots finally died on me this week..
So the hunt begins for decent boots that'll fit me...
I'm not too keen on Docs anymore.. so any suggestions as to where I can find a decent pair would be appreciated.. I'm not talking high boots here.. just the kind that goes above the ankle...
Without these boots I'm down to 2 pairs (Yes, I failed the metrosexual quiz brilliantly thankyouverymuch)... so I would obviously like to know where to go ASAP...
I've seen alot of shoe stores, but to be honest, most of what I see looks really shoddy...
The Roots stores that I've seen here don't have boots.. so that's not helping the cause.. |

Here are a couple of good shoe designers available online. It depends on if you are looking for hot funky style or utility. I've love Fluevogs for years- they have a great look and are really comfortable. They have the comfort of Doc Martens, with more style. The Giraudon shoes are new to me, but my daughter, who has inherited impecable taste for all things more expensive than they should be, has highly recommended them to me.
