How does one report an institutions underhand stuff to immigration. I understand there is a site for reporting individuals, but could I use the same site to dob in an owner of an institution? Where do I find the site for dobing in individuals. Might use it to dob in a crooked owner.

This is Korea, not America or Canada, my friend. You have to reort the infractions whether there is an improper filing of taxe, pension or whatever. Hagwon owners do things that would get them possibly thrown in jail in Western countries, but they do not in Korea. I've never heard of that.

If you want to make 'em sweat, don't waste your time with immi, as they couldn't care less about Monk E. Dutainer. Go straight to the Ministry of Tax and report 'em for tax fraud. Almost every crapwon owner is cheating the gov't to some extent; they'll sh!t rainbow colored kim bap when the auditors come a knockin'.
