Hey guys,
I just started teaching at a hagwon here in Korea and although I have experience teaching in Japan, there I taught either very large classes or very small classes. I have no real experience teaching classes of 8 to 10 students.
I'd appreciate any ideas for any games or activities that Korean kids seem to enjoy, and that work well for classes of this size.
Thanks |

Bingo seems to work well for practicing numbers. Scrabble apparently works, too and lets the kids with the big vocabularies shine. What motivated you to come from Japan to teach in Korea, anyway? I mean, since I'm planning on moving FROM Korea TO Japan, I'm dying to know what Korea offers over Japan besides slightly higher savings. |
