Help!

I recently bought a Curitel PH 3500 cellphone, with an mp3 player, secondhand. It didn't come with the installation disc. I thought it would be easy to download the program for using the mp3....... But it looks like you need a password.

Does anyone out there know a way around this? If you've had a similar problem I'd really appreciate some advice on how you went about solving it.
