Looking for up to date info. on taxes at Foreign/International (private) schools. I've read the FAQS but still unclear.

Is it 3.3 % b/c it's a private school?

Or should it be 1.7 -1.9 & like any other job (ps, hagwon, etc.)

and if possible, could you give me the link to tax info., or at least tell me what to google? All the links listed in the FAQS are broken.

Also, will post my contract soon. Any help or comments are appreciated!

It should be 1.7-1.9% based on the variable tax rate. (could be 3.3% if your salary is 2.7mill...higher if your salary is higher).

If your salary is a standard 2.2/2.3 chances are they might be registering you as an independent contractor...which means no pension too.
