Wondering if it's possible to find Korean web hosting services that also have easy-to-use design tools, kind of like Yahoo and a few other services based in the US or UK have hosting and easy drag and drop design tools.
I want to host a website on a Korean server but I also need easy to learn design tools to make and maintain a website. Suggestions? |

Why do you need it hosted in Korea?
The speed differences probably won't matter, unless you are hosting something like videos. |
