| I'm currently with hotmail and I have difficulty contacting my hanmail contacts. I've been able to contact them in the past. Is hanmail blocking hotmail. Is it worth it just trying to open a hanmail account. Do they have instructions in English. |

Yes. It's sporadic. Sometimes they filter all things hotmail and yahoo, then there are stretches of time when things are allowed through.
It's to "fight all that foreign spam, you see. Rather than tweak the spam filters, it's much simpler to just deny all email from hotmail and yahoo".
This has been going all the way back to '99-ish. What I said above is an almost word-for-word reply from Hanmail sysadmins I had emailed about the problem at the time. |

I primarily use hotmail, but could never get through to hanmail because it is always blocked.
I had to create a separate yahoo account because of it. Sometimes, yahoo is blocked by hanmail, but not like hotmail which always seems to be blocked. |

I lost my Yahoo account when I got banned from Questions. Is there any way to get it back. I could say that trolling is a disease and I've joined a
support ground and I'm learning to live one day at a time. |
