Anyone here know anyone who's going over for the Uljin Triathlon,
or, who has been there and done that before?
I'd really like to get any background info. on what to expect (apart from sweat and pain).
(Actually, I am interested in triathlons in general, although I know there are other sites for that, but at this stage I still haven't discovered much, so, any info. on any associated topic is welcome.) |

I just finished my first triathlon last weekend in Tongyeong, South coast.
It was awesome and after 4 months of hard training for me it was a great accomplishment. Im hooked on the adenalin rush and plan to do a few more this season.
The next one is on May 11th in Daegu, if you want to see all of the races this year, go to http://www.triathlon.or.kr/en/en_member/join.asp its in English.
There are few foreigners there, maybe 15 out of 700 koreans. Which makes it interesting, but still real fun. All of the other athletes were quite friendly.
Go Tri! |
