I've already made a thread that relates to the phenomenom known as the "Korean Apologist".

This is a type of human being that will defend Korea not matter what. Almost to an irrational level. Someone who will always deflect the legitimate wrongs done by Koreans by bringing up as equally negative examples in another country (usually one where most English teachers come from). They will never admit fault in Korea.

But like the yin to the yang, on the oppisite side of the spectrum we have the Korean haters. Someone who will take any opportunity to bash Korea. Almost as if they are waiting for Korea to fail or embarass themselves so that they can pounce on them.

Usually these people have either lived here too long and have become disillusioned with Korean culture and society, or are relative newbies who take no time to learn the language, culture and history of this great Wink nation.

With that said, what are some of the worst/insane/hilarious Korean hater comments you've heard on this board?

We don't need exact quotations (although that would be great), but general Korean hater comments.

This thread isn't needed. These type of comments can be found in most threads already.

My co-workers actually expect me to socialize with them. Why should I have to socialize?!? It sucks that they want to take me out and buy me free food and drink.

Not in so many words but we seem to get this complaint fairly often around here.

People making fun of those two girls who were killed in Thailand would be pretty high on the list of Korean-hater crap.

Still, usually these people do have a reason to be so hateful, though that doesn't excuse it. What do the apologists have for an excuse?

Shit, no women in the west accept money for sex? We better start filling in all those prostitutes that they don't exist.

Why do those stupid English students have so much trouble pronouncing the th sound?
Surely the Korean language has the same sounds as English or any other language!

Why do those stupid English students put in an extra vowel in words like "school"?
Surely the Korean language strings consonants together just like English or any other language!

Why do those stupid English students put a vowel at the end of the name of our beloved President?
Surely the Korean language has words ending in sh, just like any other language!

Why do those stupid English students say "promise" when they mean "appointment"?
Surely the Korean vocabulary corresponds one-to-one with the English vocabulary, just like any other language!

Why do those stupid English students say, "Tomato Michelle-teacher I-love-you"?
Surely the word order in Korean is the same as it is in English or in any other language!

"Teacher, teacher, Michael is chewing gum!"

Something tells me you were one of those kids growing up. Anyways, I made a similar thread on the opposite end of the spectrum.

And this thread is less designed to troll and more about showing the hypocricy and ignorance on these boards.

Something you clearly didn't recognize Rolling Eyes
