So as of this past paycheck I am student loan free. Yah!!!
And as my last tie to Canada (except for a passport) I would like to close my bank account. I intend to stay in Korea for just shy of another 2 years, to continue saving and studying ceramics. Then I want to travel and continue my studies in Europe.
I need a primary bank account I can control from anywhere that has a good interest rate. I have looked at the terms of a few offshore savings accounts and it requires you to have another bank account to send withdrawals to.
So where can I get a primary bank account that is neither Korean or Canadian? And can anyone recommend a good offshore bank?
Thanks
