Hotel in Danyang 단양and Cruise on Chungju Lake 충주호

Any recommendations for a hotel in Danyang. There will be three of us and up to about $70 would be good. Lonely planet goes right from the $30 hotels to the big resorts.
Anyone seen or stayed in Daemyung Resort or Edelweiss Danyang Tourist?

I also want to do a boat cruise on Chungju Lake. I see there is a loop trip starting and stopping in Chungju City, but I that that one does not get to the best part of the lake. Anyone recommend where to start or stop to see the best parts of the lake?

Thanks,
Drew

I finished this trip and thought I would post some info.
Danyang is a really nice place, small town on a bend in the river with big mountains around.
Chungju lake has some nice spots. You want to take the boat between Choung Pung Peer and Jang Hui (Janghoe) peer. Boats do this loop and leave from each peer about every 2 hours.
The catch is to get to either Choung Pung Peer or Jang Hui (Janghoe) Peer, DONT go through Chungju City. If you do you are stuck in traffic and on a small road half way around the lake. Stay on the main expressway from Seoul over the north side of the lake (the way to Danyang). You could probably save an hour that way.
In Danyang there are many 30k and 40 k hotels near the peer and bus station. Might want to bring your own sheet as most hotels only have mat and blanket.
The Gosu cave in Danyang is really nice. The Gu-insa temple is not so nice. It is not that pretty of a place, though it might be fine for actual Buddhist study. If you go, try to get a bus or taxi up to the temple. Private cars must stop 1 km below. I dont usually mind a 1 km walk to a temple, but it is kind of a drag when busses and taxis are whizzing past you (and not stopping).
Coming back we stopped at termeden spa in I-cheon to have a "doctor-fish" experience. Well, there was a bit of a scam, so we didn't get to the doctor fish. Spa entrance is 8,000, and the doctor fish are 5000 extra. Sounds fine. Except that to get to the doctor fish you have to go through the childrens pool area, and the childrens pool costs an additional 12,000. "But I don't even like kids, I just want the do the doctor fish" arguement fell on deaf ears. So I'd say that spa is a bit of a doctor fish scam.
Anyway, Danyang and area is really nice for some natural Korea.
