can someone please advise the proper etiquette regarding refilling your korean co-workers and director's drinks.

should this be done for all drinks (water, juice etc) or just alcohol?

thanks for any answers Smile

I thought this etiquette belonged to females only?

When the water arives, don't just pour one for yourself, pour a cup for everyone, and pass them out, if someone else hasn't done it already. If you refill your own drink, refill others at the same. Same goes for handing out spoons and chopsticks. One of your female colleagues wil probably beat you to it though.

For alcohol, the elders/work superiors should have their glasses refilled for them first. Always pour your own last, and someone should take over and do it for you.

Also don't refill their glasses until they are empty.........

If you want to when you pour kind of hold one had over your chest and fill their glass as well, just watch what the other do and you will learn fast.

Generally just alcohol. But if you're near a bottle of water and all the cups are right by you, it is nice to fill up the cups and pass them out.

Make sure to do a shot of soju, and then pass the empty glass to your boss using two hands. Big points for this move.
