According to Brian in Jeollanam-do, the Sexy Mong girls have returned to battle evil foreigners.
Typical Korean newspapers wrote: |
The first episode of Sexy Mong Returns, a four-part series to run every Wednesday and Thursday starting from April 23, is already drawing attention as its deals with an episode involving sexual assault by foreign English teachers, something that has been a social issue for some time. |
And to further liven things up, Chat With Beauties star Djamilya had a shower scene. How can an ajeosshi resist? |

Yeah, and in a recent episode one of the girls was molested in a bathroom by a drunken Korean guy and dealt with it by drinking Budweiser on a park bench until she passed out.
Quality TV ...the girls are pretty hot, though.
We must get a link to this. I'd like to see the asshats who made the decision to play the roles of the teachers. If I got a chance to molest the gals on that show, I'd probably do it as well. |

Why support the negative stereotype of foreigners on TV? I prefer to feel up girls on my own without it being on TV. |

It means 'bruise' in Korean. Not sure what's sexy about a bruise, though. |

And a Sexy Mong Mong would be "Sexy Bruise on a Body". |

'Pura-ding-ding' refers to the color of a bruise. That's a fun word to say.
"Oh, you have pura-ding-ding on your _____." Koreans generally laugh (when it's a foreigner saying it, in my experience. They don't expect big-nose to know that one.). |

"Mong" can be a root word meaning a kind of dream.
mong-sang: a dream
mong-sang ha-da: to dream (of something)
mong-sang-ga: a dreamer
mong-jeong: a wet dream
mong-yoo-byeong: sleepwalking |

This is just a hypothesis, but it might be referring to the permanent bruise-looking spot some chicks have on their thighs or hips. |

A few topless women and that Uzbeki's sideboob.
I had seen an earlier season of the show, but don't recall any nudity, so I was kinda surprised when they had the white guy feeling up the naked breasts of a passed-out drunk Korean girl. A lot of pantie-rubbing, too, which I don't think I've seen close-up on TV except for on bad Korean porn.
If they're going to denegrate "Americans," at least get Americans to play the parts. The one guy sounded Russian and wasn't making any sense. The other "American" was Korean who even less comprehensible. Much much worse than the voice acting you find on "Surprise," and even more cringeworthy than that damn African who always somehow seems to play an American soldier in Korean movies.
And that's to say nothing of the god-awful English, which is a pretty big offense to me, too. Has there ever been a show in Korea that uses English without resorting to baby talk and to "i'm fine thank you and you" and "are you crajie?"
A lot of shame to go around, but the foreigners who were on that show ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they've done to perpetuate this stereotype. Not that they have any shame, or they wouldn't have been on the show in the first place. And it's not like this is harmless, and is counteracted by all the positive portrayls of foreigners on TV. How many other examples of interracial couples do you know on Korean TV? None. And when was the last time you saw a Korean woman kissing a white man on TV? It was a first for me.
Well, regardless, when I come across stills of the show I'm posting those guys faces, and if any of you run into them in Seoul, be sure to give them a smack in the head for me.

Yea, I thought it was interesting that nothing was said or done about a Korean molesting her.... but there is all this to-do about Foreigners......
uh.... nevermind.....
Koreans never do anything wrong.
Have you seen the article where they passed a law making it a severe punishment to molest GIRLS under 13.... but never mentions boys at all. I think both is terrible but was struck by the language. |

Is there a large outcry about the foreigner episode? It seems the only people talking about it are us foreigners... |
