I was wondering if anyone knows if your heatlh benefit covers your medical check that you need to renew your contract? Also, if I get a medical check, does my file get sent to the current school I'm working at? I'm thinking about switching schools after my contract expires and I think I would need a copy to bring with me when I find a new school, correct? Does anyone know how this process work?
Does anyone know the routine of getting a criminal background check in the state of California? I was told that if you never had a criminal record, you can't request for one...What exactly do I need to show that I have a clean record? |

Where did you get that information? "I'm sorry Korean Immigration, but I never had a criminal record so I should be exempt from submitting this to you because I can't get a record check." That is absurd, and whoever told you that is an idiot. |

Medical insurance won't cover the health check because you can't GET the insurance until you have your new ARC and you can't get that until the health check is complete.
Your new school need never se the health check...it goes to immigration. |
