| has to be china. Has all that SEA and central asian stuff wrapped up and a few kimchi faces to boot. Russia has that bit outside of the main borders so that might swing it. |

Just checked.
I was right for China with 14.
I was also right with Russia at 14, but the wrong countries. Take away Armenia and add Norway. |

You forgot Tibet. 
The scary thing is that China claims parts of Russia, India, Kazakstan, Vietnam, North Korea and probably others I'm not aware of.
