Are you leaving in September? I'm looking at starting a uni job then and want to take over an existing lease on a place with furniture, which I will make a separate offer on. Ideally looking for a 2bdr place, not too far from the station at around 5 mil key money and 500 a month rent. Let me know here or ammeadows at gmail.com
