Hi, I have a question please. (did a search, but didn't come up with what I needed). Thank you in advance.

For F-2 visa holders, that are working part time gigs. Do we register with the ministry of education, ourselves or is it better to bring our docs to the Director and or Corporation, and let them turn in our paperwork, while working for their institute and or company? If we let the institute and or Corp., register our paperwork, would this put a "chain" around our neck while working for them? Thank you.
