So I have a friend coming to visit soon and I have no clue where to take him. I mean, I've lived here for a year but for the life of me, I cannot think of a good place to take him. What are the highlights of Seoul?

And no need to mention Soju and Sam Yap Sal.

I was thinking Hongdae, Yoedo, Kangnam, and maybe Seoul Tower.

Ever thought about treating your friend to a room salon, or how about a sauna? It would be a trip he would never forget.

But seriously, take him to the palaces in Seoul. There are at lesat 3, however I forgot there names. Also, there is the Japanese prison named 'Seodaemun' in north west Seoul. I found that a very interesting experience.

DO NOT take your friend to Seoul Tower, that is a complete waste of money and time. I went there at night with my wife and the windows were so dirty that you almost could not see through them. Also there is a serious lack of information about what you can see from the observation deck.
