Yongsan made of win. Just don't get VISTA and you should be fine.
Ask around a few shops before you get a final price, and if you can, check on the prices in a PC room, I've found them hard to find around Yongsan in the past |

It will be difficult to get a NEW computer with English windows without doing a factory order.
You can get "USED" computers with English windows (XP) installed at several of the shops in the TERMINAL building or the SON-IN Plaza.
If you go to Yongsan station, exit the door, turn to your right.
Walk to the end of the plaza. You should be looking over the rail yard and see a large blue building. (If you see the e-mart sign and a street you went the wrong way - turn around).
To the right of the Blue building you will see another building with a large, sideways "GIGABYTE" sign on it. That is the Son-in Plaza.
