Where is the cheapest, quickest masters degree I can get out there?

Careful! If you're looking for a masters to advance your current position or to look for jobs in greener pastures, not all masters are created equal

Do a search of masters programs available by distance and then, if you're looking for work elsewhere, join the international job board and ask if anyone knows about those masters and if the country you're looking to go to accepts distance masters...and, not all countries that accept distance masters accept ALL distance masters...the rules are what you'd expect...the schools have to be accredited and known. And you should check to see the requirements in Korea to see what are accepted and, if you're going to get any benefit from having it.

Mine is from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia (by distance). It's not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and the school is very well known, particularly in the mideast (my next stop).
