Well do you, you know, wear your shoes in your appartement or do you take them off?
Are you 100percent into Korean culture, or when no ones looking are you one crazy bad ass.
Bare in mind the floors here are not really designed for normal shoes. |

It's only Americans that wear shoes inside their apartments, in Korea and elsewhere. |

Plastic slippers here. Socks get so dirty.
I used to get cold feet in winter time, so I got a pair of warm fabric ones went over from the UK. It is to warm for these now.
Probably be socks/bare feet in the summertime for coolness.
It's good to keep outdoor dirt of the inside floors. |

On the very odd occasion, say if I raced back into my apartment because I forgot something and am late, will I wear shoes. Normally barefoot. Almost never socks.

Plastic slippers are for the bathroom and balcony.
Cloth slippers are for the rest of the house. |

I'm definitely American, and I have never worn shoes inside the house. I just love the generalizations from people. I prefer to go without shoes because it's more comfortable! And yes, it does keep the place cleaner. |

I've met a few barbarians that didn't. Stop generalizing about a vastly wonderful and kind people who have unfortunately been turned to a life of rape and pillage, you stupid racist.

Sometimes I slip my shoes on before I leave, which might mean a trip to the bathroom to comb the hair or whatnot. Also, if I want to put something in the fridge right away I might not take my shoes off first. The longer I live in Korea, the less I wear my shoes in the apartment. |
