If you guys have facebook and enjoy getting together with other English teachers in Korea, this group may be the thing for you. I set it up so that I can communicate with other English teachers in Korea that may be interested in professional development, group outtings, etc.

Feel free to join!

Isn't ETIK the acronym for a Korean EFL recruiter's company? The guy I spoke to in early 2003 was a Korean guy who was recruiting English teachers to come to Korea to work in rural hagwons. I haven't seen his ads for a while.

LOL! Laughing Are you for real? I don't know. I saw a couple other acronyms floating around that were regionally specific, so I figured I'd make one for English teachers in general. The majority of English teachers are so transient that it would make sense to have one like this on facebook!

Very Happy
