| If I live in Seoul and want cheap internet with a 1-year contract or no contract, what are my best options? I don't need it to be super-fast or anything like that. I just want cheap internet. Hanaro's cheapest is 27,xxx but I know I've heard of cheaper. |

Your local cable TV provider is going to be the cheapest. They will probably give you the choice of TV plus cable modem internet for around 30,000 a month.
Speeds will vary. |
