Not so much a recipe as a regime.

Take potato outside to a park.
Make it run for 5 minutes slowly.
5 minutes much faster
30 seconds at maximum exertion
5 minutes fast
5 minutes slowly.

Rest for 15 minutes.

Repeat 3 times.

Do this 4 times a week.

This, combined with a good diet, should have your potato healthy in no time.

I did a quick search and found this site. It has a long list of 20 minute recipes. Anything you can't find in Korea - you could find a fairly simple substitute - of course it also depends on what cooking facilities you have at home.

Enjoy

Wash the potato (in plain water). Peel it or don't peel it. Cut it in quarters, chunks, or what ever floats your boat. Take some oil, any flavor you like, and rub it on the potato. Wrap it in tin foil, and bake it Or do not wrap it in tin foil. You can add chopped garlic, and/or onion, and salt and pepper if you want.

They sell mushroom boulion, beef boulion, and even crab boulion. (crab is great) Cut the potato, or leave it whole, what ever. Boil it in the boulion. the potato is great, and the broth is great. Add a few cut up carrots and throw them in the broth too.

There are so many ways you can make potatoes.
If you want to make gravy all you have do is mix about one table spoon of butter with 2 table spoons of flour, and cook it over a low flame till it gets a little brown. Add a cup of broth and stir it for about 5 minutes. Presto...gravy._

Chop em up, boil em, mash em with some garlic maybe some basil, pepper... I like to leave the skins on. Potatoes have to be one of the versatile veggies. Love em.

The easiest one I guess is to boil some chopped-up spuds, when done, sprinkle liberally with black pepper and add a ton of fresh lemon juice. Really good, quick, and no unattainable ingredients.

And if you throw in some dill, the potatoes become truly divine. Parmesan is optional.

I like boiling the potaotes and them mashing it to mashed potatoes. Then I put it back on the stove top with a little milk, chopped garlic (amount depends on how much you like garlic flavor) and a little sour cream.

Tastes so good...

Good breakkie...
Ladkas (I think).

Shred potatoes (let's say 4 or 5)
Squeeze excess water out by putting shreds in CLEAN towel and squeezing.
Mix shreds in bowl with 2T flour, 1T (plus more if you like) Dill,
and
1 egg
OR
2T ground flax (if you can find it in Korea....that is much more healthy). Either of these work as a binding agent.

Spoon (and flatten) with racketball sized lumps into fryin pan. Fry in olive oil til crispy on top/bottom.

Serve with yogurt mixed with dill.

Mama mia. The BEST saturday post hangover food...maybe ever.

We make relatively healthy hashbrowns on the weekends. The key is after you chop the potatoes, rince them really well to get the extra starch off. That way you don't have to add margarine or oil to the pan to keep them from sticking.
They need about 30 mins to cook on low heat. Add green onions, chopped up chili peppers and whatever spices you want (or at least salt and pepper) and cook them until they're soft enough to cut with the spatula.

And then we go and serve them with the unhealthy sides of fried eggs and sausage. Yumm!
