There have been many instances in primaries where people are showing up and can't vote for a presidential candidate in the primary because they are registered as an independent.
This could severely effect the outcome of upcoming states.
West Virginia-Voting is open to Democrats and Independents.
Kentucky-Closed Primary, the deadline to change your party affilation was December 31, 2007.
Oregon-Closed Primary, the deadline for changing your party affilation was April 29, 2008. |
