So this weekend I'm going to be going out to Gangwon-do and there are some places listed on the website, but I want specific/cheaper recommendations.

Can anyone suggest things to do and places to stay around Hwajinpo or Chuan?

I was also considering going to Seoraksan. Ideas/suggestions please??
