I don't know if this has been posted already, but they've been having their recent tour taped and sharing it for free!

true visionaries. don't like their music but they have seen where the industry is going (into the toilet, fast), have decided to make intelligent decisions and are now winning mad respect and (despite the nonprofit part of this particular venture) profit from it.

it's about time music was put into the hands of people who like it, rather than the people who simply want to sell it.

Nine Inch Nails gave their last album away for free as a "gift" to the fans. I haven't listened to it so I couldn't say if it sucks ballz or not, but many people seem to be enjoying it.

There's likely not a single note nor song worthy of a cent! Laughing

Tool (peace and blessings be upon them) are hostile to releasing live footage. Maynard said to an interviewer, "ever seen a picture of the Grand Canyon? It's not the same [as seeing it yourself]".

It's bad enough you clicked on a thread in which you have no interest in. It's even worse that you took the time to post in it.

And by the way, Radiohead are better than Tool live.
