Hi everyone! I'm new. I was thinking about heading to Korea to teach and I saw this deal offered by the American TESOL Institute. They send you to get a TESOL cert in Thailand then place you at a job in Korea. Does anyone know anything about them and if this a reliable program or not?
http://www.justtefl.com/spl_tesol_korea_thailand.shtml
that's the link just in case someone wants to see.
Also, is it worth it to get some type of TEFL cert to teach in Korea? Will an online cert be just as good or should I actually attend a class?
Thanks for any help. |

I did the American TESOL program, and it worked to get my public school pay upgrade.
I was already working in SK, so I didn't need the job placement, and have no idea about it.
Though I do have a different link for it: American TESOL Institute
PM me if you have questions.
EDIT: I did the online version. |
