I just watched Harold and Kumar (both movies) and am wondering if they ever made the Korean theaters?

There are a lot of Korean (Asian American stereotypes) in the movies (well, they stereotype everyone), and I wonder how it would sit with a real Korean audience (not Korean American).

I am sure that you are aware that the stereotypes in these movies are the jokes. This humour is along the same veins as Chappelle Show and whatnot. The joke is not laughing at the people being stereotyped but of how ridiculous stereotypes are, and plays on your own perceived stereotypes. I would assume that the same proportion of people in Korea understand this type of humour. However, like North America that is probably a low percentage.

I doubt it; it's essentially a funnier cheech and chong, stoner humor. If you haven't smoked weed, done shrooms, know who the hell NPH is, there's gonna be a lot that escapes you.
