Does anyone have the fax number to Hanaro Internet?

I tried calling (for the English foreigner line) and the lady didn't speak any English. Is there a fax number available so I can just fax my ARC, SSN, and passport to them? I tried calling 106 then press 3 then press 1 like on the website but she didn't speak any English. Any help would be great.
