|
|
Well it seems that SNU has no room left in their on-campus housing and therefore I'll be staying in a "Stay 7" until approximately the end of August or whenever the housing backlog clears up. Apparently the Stay 7 is located very close to SNU so that's a benefit.
Does anyone have any experience with this hotel chain or that actual location in particular?
Thanks for your help. |

Although I don't live there, I pass it daily.
It is at the SNU subway station (green line) which is a 30min walk/5 min bus ride from SNU proper.
The area is fine, perhaps not the liveliest when compared to other uni areas but there are plenty of cheep beer hofs and noraebangs if that floats your boat.
You are two stops from Sadang station which in on the blue line and there are buses heading downtown every couple of minutes.
There are a few nice parks nearby (Boramae and Naksongdae) and Gwanak mountain is on your doorstep.

Wow, that's some great information.
That website has a lot of Korean but the little bit of English is also very helpful.
The hotel looks decent, so that's very comforting. Also, it seems to offer very good access to different transportation routes and methods. Seems that my housing situation might not be all that bad.
Thanks so much.
Anyone else with information is more than welcome to share. |
